McDonnell Performance Horses--Our Facilities

This is first camp of 2012! It will be on Feb. 11 & 12 and run from 10am to 4pm both days. As with all of our camps participants will enjoy riding lessons, horse management classes and trail rides! Additionally they will be instructed on how to show their horses special ways that they love them. They will also learn about horses that have been loved throughout history! Cost of this camp is $135. Returning campers and early bird registrants receive a 10% discount!

March 3 from 11 am to 3 pm we will be hosting a Lesson Sign-up/Open House Event at Soaring Hawk Stables in Hardin Valley. Our Spring Session of lessons at SHS will begin March 13th. March 19-22, 2012 Buckaroo Camp is an exciting horse filled day camp at BPS. Campers begin their day at 10:00am with barn chores and riding lessons. After a busy morning Campers participate in horse husbandry classes, trail rides, games, crafts and more until 4:00pm each afternoon. The cost of Spring Break Buckaroo Camp is $250.

Our fun-filled, family oriented Open Horse Show Series is back! In 2012 we will be hosting 4 All-Breed Open Horse Shows. This show series encourages beginner riders and green horses to get out and have some fun! We offer rosette ribbons, prizes, a concession stand and a WIDE variety of classes at every show. Each show will be PAC approved by APHA. Come show with us in 2012!

This year we are offering a significant Early Bird discount for the Buckaroo Summer Camps. Buckaroo Summer Camps are week-long day camps that include one overnight camp-out. Campers will enjoy daily riding lessons, trail rides, crafts, games and swimming. The cost of Buckaroo Camp is $340 until May 1st, 2012. Our Mother/Daughter weekend is an exciting opportunity to enjoy horses and spend some special time with you daughter. The weekend begins Saturday at 10 am and concludes at 4 pm on Sunday. Families will enjoy learning about horses, riding and camping out. This is an intimate weekend and space is limited to 6 families. Cost for the weekend is $250.
