Services & Fees

Horse Boarding

Full Board - $400/month

Includes normal care in the barn including feed, bedding, daily turn-out (weather permitting) and observation of each horse

Pasture Board - $200/month

Includes normal care in the pastures, paddocks and fields including the observation of each horse

Pasture Board w/Grain - $250/month

Includes normal care in the pastures, paddocks and fields including the observation of each horse and a daily grain ration

Horse Training

Full Training - $225/month

Includes horse training 5-6 days per week. This service also includes unlimited lessons. Boarders are required to maintain “Full Board” service for their horse.

Partial Training - $175/month

Includes partial horse training 2-3 days per week. This service also includes unlimited lessons. Boarders are required to maintain “Full Board” service for their horse.

Riding Lessons

Individual Lessons

1 ea. 30 min. lesson - $25
(5) 30 min. lessons pkg. - $100
(10) 30 min. lessons pkg. - $175

*30 min. lessons are “riding only” lessons

1 ea. one hr. lesson - $40

(5) one hr. lesson pkg. - $175
(10) one hr. lesson pkg. - $325

*1 hour lessons include grooming, handling and care instruction in addition to riding instruction

Family Lessons - Family lessons are for families or couples. These lessons are 1 hr. in length and will accommodate 2-4 riders.

Horse Leasing

Monthly half lease of lesson horse - $300

Includes riding privileges of leased horse 3 days per week

Monthly half lease of lesson horse w/lessons - $400

Includes riding privileges of leased horse 3 days per week and one one hour lesson per week

Monthly full lease of lesson horse - $500

Includes unlimited riding privileges of leased horse

Monthly full lease of lesson horse w/lessons - $600

Includes unlimited riding privileges of leased horse and one one hour lesson per week
